amazing apartment, super service!

the studio apartment was definitely bigger than i thought! there was a separate bedroom, a lounge room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a nice bathroom. plus, a washing machine and dryer were available. our room got serviced daily and i really liked that. the staff were super pleasant and helpful, it was awesome!
the only tiny issue i had was a slight smell of garlic from the dishwasher! a few tears existed in the wallpaper but did not affect the stay. everything else was perfect.

the kitchen had several types of tea, coffee, and even hot chocolate! it was so cozy, just like home and i loved the bottle of milk they thoughtfully provided in the fridge. it was a very nice touch.

reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly! they were always ready to assist. check-in and check-out were seamless and just as described. i did not wait at all.

the staff were quite friendly and helpful. this was a positive aspect of the stay.
i was disappointed by the stained carpet, it really detracted from the overall feel of the apartment. some of the walls also was dirty, and that lowered my satisfaction.

the apartment felt quite dated. the furniture seemed worn, and i noticed a musty odor throughout the rooms, also i struggled to find the dryer instructions. the provided towels were also quite thin and rough.
