adequate stay with breakfast issues

rude staffoutdated room
the breakfast service was not good. one older lady did not give a good impression to guests. she seemed rude to guests and made her bad mood clear. the room i stayed was in the basement and it felt outdated.

the location was perfect. the staff was lovely! and helpful. the breakfast was fantastic too, very good quality malt whiskies were available.
the bed was very uncomfortable. the room only had heat. it was very warm with no way to cool it down! the ceiling of bathroom was covered in dust too.
