inconsistent service and missing amenities
missing mirror indifferent staff
the location was central. tram access was very close.
i found multiple issues. the room lacked a full-length mirror. also, there was no proper dressing table. the staff seemed indifferent to these shortcomings.

the reception staff was helpful! our room received daily attention. the location allows easy access to many points of interest.
the shower water spread across the bathroom floor, even with the provided mat.
