Wonderful waterfront stay

The restaurant's accessibility was excellent, with a ramp to the door and a roll-in entrance. I noticed that the disabled toilet was quite spacious and the tables were at a suitable height for wheelchair access. Staff members were friendly, and one was knowledgeable about gluten-free options (which was helpful).
My room had no remote control for the television, but the manager did sort that out after the first night.

The staff were very cute to me as a solo traveler. They were attentive and good-humored both mornings (that is always a nice thing to see). I felt valued and cared for during my time here.

The room had tea and coffee making equipment. I observed a good shower and a hair dryer. Free parking was available . This added convenience to my travels .

The hotel is situated near the lake. I found it was easy to walk to nearby bars and restaurants. The setting near the water added to the overall ambiance of the area.

the location was acceptable, as IT was near to public transport.
the shower wasn't working PROPERLY. i complained about the noise from the bar area late on friday, it was too loud. music stopped after 9pm though.
