adequate stay with a few issues
misleading website difficult parking
the room was clean and well thought out it was close to the town center
the hotel details said that breakfast was available but there was no breakfast service the website needs to be changed to reflect this accurate information parking was also difficult due to the slope and curb

fresh milk ample toiletries unmanned reception
The room included fresh milk. I found plenty of toiletries available. The system with unmanned reception and key lockers worked well. The communication in advance via email was good.
The bed was two single beds attached together. This created a ridge in the middle. I found the single mattresses uncomfortable. I could feel the springs.

Excellent location and super clean room
excellent location super clean room fresh milk
The location is excellent for exploring nearby attractions. The room was very clean and well kept. The provision of extra tea and coffee along with fresh milk was particularly useful.

great location fantastic quality extra supplies inconsistent shower onsite staff hard pillows
The location was GREAT, very convenient to everything. The bedding and towels were of FANTASTIC quality. I appreciated being able to grab extra supplies from the cupboard. It was helpful.
The shower was a bit inconsistent. It took some time to get hot water. There were no staff onsite. Communication was only via text or email. I found that the pillows were a bit too hard for my liking.
