frozen onion ringschewy steak
Check-in was a bit of a mess. i stood around the 'check in here' sign, completely ignored by the bar staff. i had to actually ask someone if i could check in after spending a good chunk of change on the room! later, dinner wasn't much better. my steak was chewy and fatty. The onion rings tasted like they came straight from the freezer.

The noise from the wedding party below continued late into the night. My breakfast never arrived even though it was included, a real disappointment. The sink was small and difficult to use. The taps were also faulty and need repair.

The location is fantastic. The room was clean. A nice balcony offered great views. I loved it! The cooked breakfast was also fantastic, really.
The room became a little too hot because I couldn't turn off the heated towel rail.
