The staff was helpful and very nice. They arranged an early breakfast for us because we had an early departure. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. The location was safe and the neighborhood clean, within walking distance to tube and buses.
The room was very compact for two people sharing, though shower was narrow.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The manager showed me a useful shortcut to Victoria station platform. They stored my luggage while I took a train trip. The room was clean quiet and stylish.
I could hear noises from other rooms on my floor it was quite annoying.

I found the location quite convenient. Victoria station was a short walk away. the staff was friendly and quickly addressed any queries i had. my room had a coffee maker, which i appreciated for early mornings. the bathroom was clean, and the shower had good water pressure.
the room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was still functional for my needs.

The staff booked the hop on hop off bus for me. The price was much cheaper. Every request was attended to quickly. Staff was really good and friendly. They attended to every need quickly.
The room smelled strange and looked old. It was also tiny. I could not get into the wardrobe. The doors were blocked by the bed.
