Nice Dorset Stay
friendly staffroom upgradeexcellent location
The staff was very friendly and attentive. They catered to our dietary needs with great care. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, it added a special touch to our stay. The location was ideal for exploring Dorset and the surrounding area, it offered convenient access to various attractions.
Sound insulation from the room above was not ideal, I could hear conversations, but it was not too bad.

The Inn blended well with the character of the village. Private parking was available , it was very convenient. The village shop opposite the hotel was a bonus, it was lovely to explore the surroundings.

The room was spacious and had two chairs. A comfortable bed offered a good choice of tea and coffee. I found breakfast very nice, with table service and a host who was attentive. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and well presented.
I noticed a slight issue. The bathroom fan was quite noisy and ran for a long time.

i found the provided breakfast quite tasty. ingredients tasted locally sourced and of high quality. the corner shop had a vast supply of goodies. the beer came from a local brewery, a very nice touch, maybe too good. the staff were very friendly despite being extra busy. breakfast quality, local goodies, friendly staff
the bathroom fan was a bit noisy. it ran on for a long time and i couldn't switch it off.

breakfast was excellent with local fare. the dinner was great with local produce cooked to perfection. the food was really good, really good. we enjoyed a lovely glass of wine in the bar. the food was very tasty and filling.

the location is perfect for sightseeing visits. parking space is always a boon. there is a garden at the back. there is a lovely outdoor space to sit with morning coffee. it is located in an attractive village.

The breakfast included fresh milk. The staff provided excellent service. The location served well as a base for sightseeing it provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The sound insulation was really poor. I could hear conversations and the television from the room above. Footsteps sounded like tap dancing until late at night and started again early in the morning.
