I found the staff very attentive. They were quick to assist with any requests. the room was clean with fresh linens. the on-site dining offered a good culinary experience. i appreciated the well kept gardens, a perfect place for a relaxing stroll.
I noticed a few cobwebs near the outdoor seating area. it did not significantly impact my experience.

The room had tea and coffee, acceptable.
The noise was a problem. I heard a lot of banging from the kitchen below, and other rooms shook my room. There was also no grab rail on the wall above the bath, so getting in and out was tricky.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. i had a muffin for breakfast along with some coffee and tea from the room. the dinner at the restaurant was amazing with great presentation.
i noticed the cutlery was marked.
