surprisingly great stay
friendly staffcomfortable bedmissing towel
the staff was friendly and helpful. the room included yummy biscuits plus plenty of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. i also appreciated the large bottle of drinking water provided. i had the best night's sleep in a long time because the bed was super comfortable!!!
i found that no towels were initially provided in my room upon arrival. i had to request some to be brought up.

The front desk staff were cute and helpful. One employee, Sophia, provided excellent service. She offered local restaurant recommendations and offered to make a reservation on my behalf. I found the large car park convenient and appreciated its proximity to local shops and a petrol station.
The absence of bedside 13 amp plugs was a minor inconvenience.

the reception staff was helpful (especially sophia!) and offered restaurant recommendations. i was told a steak house would be opening soon in the hotel, a detail i look forward to.
the bed was a little firm, though i recognize that's a subjective preference.

the shower water was too hot. it was almost impossible to control the stiff tap.

the room was spacious and well equipped i booked a double room private bathroom and it suited my needs. parking was ample and convenient right outside the entrance the location provided easy access to nearby routes.
the bar was somewhat restricted in its offerings it was not fully stocked.
