Amazing Experience!
thoughtful design amazing staff city tranquility
I totally appreciated the hotel design. A great deal of thought has been put into it! There is something interesting to look at in every corner. The staff were amazing, eager to assist with any questions. I also found a little oasis of tranquility despite being in the city center.
The bar could benefit from more attentive service during peak hours.

Breakfast included a huge spread of toast, fruit, and a hot station. I could also order off the menu. The dinner menu offered fantastic options. Pesto pasta was my favorite. Happy hour provided two-for-one deals every night.

The pool was everything was super clean and well-kept. It offered a refreshing area to relax and unwind. The gym had modern equipment. Guests have free access to many facilities.

mixed experience, room issues and service glitches
musty smell staff communication
i was quite annoyed. my room, the beautiful king room, had a musty smell when i walked in. i noticed the dehumidifier was already full. i emptied it, but it was full again the next morning. i found this pretty gross. also, the staff seemed hard to understand sometimes, made requests difficult. i expected better for the price.

polite staff clean room huge bed breakfast options
The staff are always ready to assist and very polite. The room was very tidy and clean. The bed was HUGE and comfortable. Breakfast options were abundant, and the courtyard area was great. The food was AMAZING!!!
The air conditioning in common areas felt a little too strong for me.

a thankful stay
friendly staff peaceful atmosphere tuk tuk relaxing pool
The staff here were really helpful and friendly, i was grateful. the hotel's design included greenery and created a peaceful atmosphere. i liked that they had a tuk tuk available. It made getting to the main road much easier. the pool area was also a plus, it allowed a relaxing way to unwind.
I noticed some wear and tear in certain areas of the hotel. It was slightly disappointing.

I found the breakfast buffet quite varied, it included both western and local options. I especially liked the fresh fruit and the variety of pastries, though some pastries could be improved. the restaurant offered a diverse menu. Many dishes tasted good.

The hotel is tucked away in a small alley, this creates a more private feel, though the alley could be dark. it is near bumrungrad hospital. The convenience was amazing. the surrounding area is vibrant, but the traffic can sometimes be difficult to navigate.

the staff were attentive and always greeted guests with a smile. i really liked that they helped with transportation and recommendations. they also arranged tours, it allowed me to explore the surrounding area easily. the service was polite.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
limited choices sewage smell
My room faced a metal grill. It offered no view. There was also an occasional sewage smell from the shower. Breakfast proved a significant disappointment. A la carte options are gone now. The buffet choices seemed limited. I found parts of the hotel showing signs of wear.
