great location helpful staff noisy unit closed window
The location was GREAT , close to many things. The staff also seemed very nice and helpful.
The air conditioning UNIT was super noisy. Also , I found that the windows in the room did not open.

The room included toiletries. A fridge with water was provided daily, convenient. The rooftop pool WAS excellent. I enjoyed it.
The air conditioning unit was quite loud. It made sleeping difficult. The bathroom fittings looked aged, and they looked shabby.

the air conditioning unit was excessively loud. the room was also quite warm, even with the air conditioning running at full power. i expect that these issues are addressed , as they detracted from the overall quality of my stay.

clean room spacious room refrigerator noisy air conditioning street noise difficult sleep
the room was clean and spacious it had a safe and a refrigerator. the staff welcomed me very well. the location is near many attractions and markets.
the air conditioning was noisy it made sleeping difficult. the hotel was noisy the hallway is open to the street. i could hear traffic and music in my room.

friendly staff excellent location rooftop pool
i found the staff very friendly and helpful . the location was excellent , near many attractions.
the air conditioning unit in my room was quite loud , making it a bit difficult to sleep soundly at night.

attentive staff convenient location honest staff quick snack
i appreciated the attentive staff at this boutique hotel. its proximity to major attractions and the spa downstairs added convenience. the staff seemed honest. 7-eleven is across the street, so we could quickly grab snacks.
The price list displayed potential charges for damaging anything. It felt a bit much.
