convenient location helpful staff unclear process currency conversion
The location was pretty convenient. It was easy for me to walk to the nearby attractions. The staff was helpful to answer my questions. They also provided directions for tours I took.
I stayed in july. The payment process was a bit unclear. I was not asked to confirm anything at check-out. I also found out later that my card was charged in USD through Dynamic Currency Conversion. I never approved this option.

Splendid Stay

attentive staff modern sauna luxurious elements
I find the staff attentive, they addressed all requests promptly. The hotel provides a modern sauna. The actual building demonstrates luxurious elements. Valet parking comes at about $50 daily but the nearby P3 lot costs around $8 a day via the Easy Park app.
The design keeps almost the entire entree in black. This includes the floor and reception. All images behind it follow the same color.
Rooms
9/10
Our room included heated bathroom floors. A coffee bar was also available in the room. The bed felt comfortable and very spacious. Nice touches added to the suite really added to the experience.
Facilities
9/10
The Edition spa offered a relaxing experience. I strongly suggest the use of their hammam. The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes. I consider this facility underrated but worth using for its modern amenities.
Dining
9/10
The hotel provides multiple options for dining. The Tides restaurant consistently delivered good food. I found the bartenders at the Lobby Bar skilled at crafting cocktails. The speakeasy also provides many drink options.
Service
10/10
Customer service was excellent here. Staff went above expectations to provide assistance. The management seemed to care about our comfort.
