fantastic stay!
great location comfy bed delicious food helpful staff
The location is great for exploring nearby attractions like glenveagh national park and dunfanaghy! the bed was super comfy, and i had piping hot water for showers. the bar next door served delicious food. I really enjoyed the french toast!!! staff were friendly and helpful with directions.
the only tiny issue was some slight noise from the street, but it quieted down pretty early.

The adjacent pub provides convenient dining with a good selection of meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. the food was AMAZING!!! the pub offers a cozy atmosphere and attentive service from the staff, too.

the staff provided very friendly and helpful assistance, especially with directions to nearby attractions. they answered all questions with patience. i received quick responses, made planning my daily outings so easy.

friendly staff helpful lady loud music noisy room
the staff was friendly i had to do some online training the super helpful lady assisted me with the wifi. the location is very good also the pub is near the accommodation
the room was over a pub it was a little bit noisy. loud music was played all day long it was very loud in the room

electric kettle good food central location worn carpet cotton wool difficult flush
The room included an electric kettle with tea and coffee. The attached pub offered really good food. The location was central. A supermarket sat just across the street (maybe 50 meters).
The entrance stairs seemed a bit worn. The carpet looked quite old. The bathroom had some cotton wool left by previous guests. The toilet was difficult to flush (it seemed in need of repair).

mixed experience due to noise and cleanliness
used tissues loud music
i liked the kettle in the room (very practical).
The cleanliness was subpar. There were used tissues on the floor. there was also loud music from other rooms past midnight. management addressed the noise after i complained, but it was still disruptive.
