quiet room beautiful view
the rooms were neat and quiet. the hotel has a beautiful view out the front door. breakfast was lovely, cooked by shaun.
the bed had a warm quilt and it was difficult to sleep

mixed experience
thick quilt breakfast service
i had some issues . my husband needed breakfast very early because he was at a sports event but the service did not meet expectations. the bed also had a very thick quilt, perhaps 13 tog, made sleeping difficult. it was far too warm for me.

a serene escape
great location lovely room delicious breakfast
location provided a nice access to nearby areas. the room presented lovely garden view. breakfast included a willowbank stack and was delicious. rooms are cozy and quite, i found the hotel with a great view.
the bed quilt felt a little too warm during the night.

the garden offered a nice spot for outdoor activities. a barbecue was available. there was also a games room equipped with board games. playstation system offered other options.

hospitality felt very cute. owners seem quite attentive. i found the accommodation very responsive to requests. hosts were friendly and provided prompt service. they worked tirelessly to make sure guests felt at home.

unstable shower temperature disruptive road noise
The breakfast was fine I guess. It was nothing too special though.
The shower temperature was impossible to regulate. It alternated between freezing and scalding. The noise from the nearby road was noticeable, especially during the early morning, and this disrupted my sleep. the room lighting was dim. It made reading in the evening difficult.

warm quilt disappointing service
The quilt on the bed was far too warm at 13 tog. It was quite uncomfortable. my husband needed breakfast very early because of a sports event, but the service was disappointing and didn't meet his needs.

woodfire barbecue spacious decking
the electric ninja woodfire barbecue was the best cooking facility. the decking at the front had plenty of space. Our dog loved running around!
the quilt was too warm. it was difficult to sleep. i would prefer a lighter option.
