the rooms were neat and quiet. the hotel has a beautiful view out the front door. breakfast was lovely, cooked by shaun.

i had some issues . my husband needed breakfast very early because he was at a sports event but the service did not meet expectations. the bed also had a very thick quilt, perhaps 13 tog, made sleeping difficult. it was far too warm for me.

location provided a nice access to nearby areas. the room presented lovely garden view. breakfast included a willowbank stack and was delicious. rooms are cozy and quite, i found the hotel with a great view.

the bed quilt felt a little too warm during the night.

The breakfast was fine I guess. It was nothing too special though.

The shower temperature was impossible to regulate. It alternated between freezing and scalding. The noise from the nearby road was noticeable, especially during the early morning, and this disrupted my sleep. the room lighting was dim. It made reading in the evening difficult.

I loved the spacious decking at the front. It had room for the barbecue and the hot tub. My dog enjoyed running around that area. The outdoor electric Ninja woodfire barbecue cooked everything perfectly, a major plus for me. Views here were fine.

The quilt on the bed was too warm. I think a lighter option would improve sleep quality.
