Minor Issues During My Stay

I encountered a couple of problems . Initially, the room I booked, a "Beautiful Double Room Bath", had a faulty bathtub that leaked into the restaurant below. This required a late-night room change, quite inconvenient. Breakfast lacked variety. I expected more options, such as pastries.

The breakfast had a wide range of options. The presentation was nice. the room was clean and also warm. i thought the extras on the landing were a lovely idea.
I considered the food to be of average quality. the portion size was small. the service was slow. I was there nearly 2 hours for 3 mains and 1 desert.

the lakeside cottage was a dream come true. it provided unfettered access to local avian life and also included a powerful set of binoculars. the owners are affable hosts and they helped me create a bespoke itinerary for exploring the vicinity.
the bath had a fault causing a flood in my room. it was quite inconvenient because the issue wasn't identified earlier. i also noticed there were fewer breakfast options available, like pastries and toast.
