The room was lovely and clean. Breakfast offered a really fabulous buffet.
The shower leaked in the bathroom. The sound insulation in the room was also poor.

the location was good.
the room lacked expected amenities. it was disappointing to find no dressing gowns or shower caps, which i anticipate in a hotel of this level. i asked for more water, but staff said it was only for arrival and suggested i use tap water.

the location was acceptable. it sits right on the seafront.
The room felt dated. the bathroom was like a hospital bathroom. they didn't supply hand soap. Only body lotion was provided, what a joke. i'm really frustrated by this.
