the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. i found the staff to be very kind and cute. manoj in the restaurant was especially helpful and always had a smile, a detail i really appreciated.
the sound insulation could be slightly improved, as i occasionally heard noise from other guests.

the check in process went fast. the room was super clean and the bathroom was clean. breakfast was also good. one staff member named manoj was helpful during breakfast. he even made waffles for the kids, and i appreciated his help.
the room was a bit cold when i arrived because someone left the window open. i scratched my shin on the bed's sharp corner while trying to adjust the ac.

the location was acceptable, close to transportation.
The room i was given was quite small. there was an odd sliding door acting as both the bathroom and wardrobe door. it was hard to manage. I could not access both at the same time. also, the pillows felt underfilled. i needed to stack several just to feel comfortable.

I stayed for two nights. Breakfast was of great quality. What made this place special was the service. The staff are well-trained and ready to assist. They brought us extra bedding and a heater. I know they would have changed our room quickly had we wanted to change. The lovely Manoj helped at breakfast. He prepared my coffee and waffles.
The only small downside was the air conditioning in my room seemed to be broken. It was not too warm for me, but it could bother some guests.

the staff were friendly during breakfast. manoj was very attentive and made sure i had everything i needed. the service was excellent and i enjoyed the attentiveness.
I found the room to be smaller than advertised. I stayed in the room for two nights. the furniture in the room seemed outdated with dents. the air conditioning made noise after i turned it off.
