Excellent service and convenient location
friendly staffgreat breakfasthelpful receptionists
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with a protocol for evacuating my 98-year-old mother in case of fire. The breakfast was very nice, a great range of choices were available. I also appreciated the helpfulness in finding my lost car keys. The receptionists tracked down the taxi and the driver.
The bar closed promptly at 11 pm.

The reception staff were very cute and provided excellent service during check-in. The staff offered assistance with directions and information about local attractions. First aid was administered quickly and efficiently when my mother cut her leg.

The hotel has good public transport links available nearby for easy travel. It is conveniently near an Asda, several bars, and restaurants. The location made it easy to access both the promenade and various dining options.

The corridors had a fresh, spa-like aroma. Parking was free in the multi-story car park located next door (very convenient). Sky Sports was available on the television in the room.

The staff provided a friendly welcome. the decor was very contemporary. i found my room well appointed. All amenities were catered for.
the room obviously had not been cleaned thoroughly recently. i saw dirty tissues under the bed. there was a thick layer of dust on all surfaces.

The location was convenient to nearby attractions. I appreciated the spacious feel of the hotel. The staff greeted me with smiles and were always eager to assist. I would happily return for another stay because of this level of service.
The minibar was not particularly well-stocked. It only had a limited selection of beverages.

the room overlooked the main road and the view was uninspiring the artwork seemed unusual the space between the bed and table was limited i bumped my leg several times
