my standard king room was adequate. the location was good near victoria station for transportation.
the digital system was difficult, my room constantly went to a cold temperature, and the lights did not all turn off when i pressed the all off button? the curtain controls required multiple attempts.

Immaculate Balcony Room Experience!

I stayed in a balcony room and it was immaculate! Bruno at the front desk was nice and helpful. The location is wonderfully convenient, close to Victoria Station for easy access to everywhere. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel!
The digital system controlling the room was frustrating, constantly resetting to a freezing 15 degrees. The 'all off' setting never fully turned off the lights. Curtain controls often needed three or more attempts to work properly.

The staff provided very friendly and helpful service. They helped us on WhatsApp to solve all our doubts! This made communication very easy, it was great to have this level of support.

The room had a very comfy bed and pillows. The shower was really great! I liked that the windows opened because the room was too hot initially, even with the temperature set to its minimum of 18 degrees.

The room featured a very comfortable bed. The shower had excellent water pressure. I found the staff helpful and friendly (nothing was too much trouble for them). The hotel's location near Victoria Station made public transportation easy.

The location is AMAZING! It is close to Victoria station. I stayed in a superior king room. The room was very clean and well-designed. There were friendly staff at the reception.

the hotel rooms are modern and include convenient technology. i especially liked the spotify link available through the tv i found it easy to access my favorite music. the location is also a big plus being near public transportation made getting around simple.
the digital interaction system presented a few issues i found the lighting controls took multiple attempts.
