Acceptable Stay, Notable Service Concerns
lovely feelworn towelshostile tone
The hotel had a lovely feel upon entering.
I encountered some issues with service . A staff member displayed a sharp and hostile tone (.. ) perhaps due to me not being a local. I also found the towels rather worn.

the car park was large. it felt secure.
i found the towels rather worn. the bathroom seemed quite old fashioned. the employee named lisa was sharp with us, so i am unsure if this is because we are not local. the attitude was terrible.
