This hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and so helpful. My room was impeccably clean. I loved all of the thoughtful touches! The breakfast hamper was a good treat delivered right to my door.
The check-out time was a bit early for my taste. this is literally the only tiny thing i could even mention.

The hotel enjoys a SUPER location. It allows VERY easy access to many restaurants. It is also very close to popular attractions and also is near long stay car park at Charlotte Street. The surrounding area felt safe even at night.

My beautiful king room provided ample space. I found the beds soft and comfortable. The decor exuded a warm. Cozy ambiance plus there are tea and coffee facilities! The bathroom featured divine-smelling toiletries and a rainfall shower.

Every staff member WAS smiling and helpful, offering recommendations. I found the team members lovely and they are a credit. The hotel also fulfilled my advance request for decaff coffee pods. They were waiting in my room.

The breakfast hamper delivered directly to the room was a special touch. I found breakfast generous. The hamper included granola plus fresh fruit juice with a delicious fresh croissant.

The room I had was quite small especially considering the price I paid. There was no wardrobe so I was unable to hang my clothes.

The room was spacious and characterful. The delivered breakfast hamper was a decent way to begin the day. It seemed that the staff were friendly and helpful with providing recommendations.
The location proved noisy because many drunk people walked past. It was in the middle of the week. the mini bar in the bedroom felt too expensive.
