Decent Stay with Some Disappointments
small roomkitchen noise
My room was quite small. There was also significant noise from what sounded like extractor fans, as my room was near the kitchen. The smells from the kitchen were noticeable too. I think adding some hooks could improve hanging space.

charming stay!
warm welcomecomfortable bedslimited wardrobe
the location proved ideal after lunch. the staff greeted me with a warm welcome and attentiveness throughout my visit. the twin room included traditional furnishings that matched the building's age and very comfortable beds.
i found limited wardrobe space in my room and not enough room for the towels to dry in the bathroom. i had to request new towels each day due to this so extra hooks on the back of the bathroom door would help tremendously.

the staff displayed helpfulness and courtesy all the time. esmé was particularly helpful and were really good too accommodate a special request, a lovely service.

the building has a lovely historic feel, with nice touches throughout. the staff were very friendly and helpful . breakfast was tasty and included a good selection of items. the wi-fi was reliable, useful for planning my day.

The breakfast offered large portions and tasty food, I especially enjoyed it. Staff members were enthusiastic and helpful . I found the location ideal for accessing nearby attractions using the convenient bus stop.
The parking situation was a bit limited. Upon arrival, i found it challenging to secure a space near the premises.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast met our gluten-free needs with many options. The building showed great character, very fitting for its 17th-century history. Decor was charming and suited the age of the building.
Parking was limited. I found it difficult to maneuver my vehicle.
