helpful staff clean room superb location sufficient comfort
The staff was helpful. The room was clean, and the bed offered sufficient comfort. Location was superb, especially its proximity to key attractions. The room size suited my needs well, providing enough space without feeling cramped.
The room lacked a phone for contacting reception directly.

decent stay at the hotel
convenient location public transportation thin walls glass bathroom
the location was really convenient for exploring. we enjoyed the proximity to marylebone, and public transportation was simple to use. (it was easy to get around!)
the walls seemed thin. i could hear every noise. the bathroom wall was mostly glass (it was frosted, but still!). you could still see someone using the toilet or shower.

acceptable location, some serious issues
small room poor room service
the location is acceptable.
The room i had was small. there was barely any space to move around in, really frustrating. also, i found that the room service didn't really tidy up as i expected. They seemed to only arrange the sheets. that was disappointing especially considering what i paid per night!!!
