I totally loved the room! it featured a coffee machine with nespresso pods. I consider this super convenient. the fridge contained complimentary water, coke and kitkats, a really nice touch. the provided toiletries were also of excellent quality. I was amazed!
The absence of readily available parking directly on-site presented a slight inconvenience. It was something to consider when arriving late.

the reception team was very cute and helpful during check-in. they promptly addressed all my inquiries and provided clear directions to hotel facilities. i noticed several staff members assisting guests with luggage.. this added a great personal touch.

The check-in process was friendly and cute upon my arrival at the hotel.
My key card repeatedly failed to work. When I had it redone, it still did not open my door, but it did work on my friend's room (which was quite puzzling). I also noticed the bar on the first floor ran out of lemonade and Pepsi during a work function (this was a significant inconvenience).
