excellent stay near waterloo
convenient location spacious studio comfortable bed complimentary water
the hotel's location near waterloo station was very convenient i found it easy to access transportation options the studio double room i stayed in was spacious it included a sofa bed and a comfortable double bed i appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided daily in the room the city views from the room were nice.
i noticed some slight wear and tear in the bathroom specifically around the vanity taps.

the reception staff was helpful with directions i found them to be friendly the restaurant staff were attentive during breakfast service they were quick to refill coffee and clear tables.

the breakfast selection was extensive offering many choices i noticed that the lifts were fast there were multiple lifts available which meant minimal wait times the hotel had a restaurant on-site with various menu options.

Really good stay near iconic landmarks
great location cleaning staff
The location was GREAT, so close to the tube. It was also walkable to all areas we wanted to visit. The hotel and room were very clean. The cleaning staff are lovely and did an amazing job.
The room we stayed in was on par with a Premier Inn, if not WORSE. I was hugely disappointed. The room felt dark and dreary. It was dated and unkept.

the family suite offered ample space it included a fully equipped kitchen. daily replenishment of toiletries and towels was very helpful. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of hot and cold items it suited various dietary preferences.
the refrigerator in the kitchenette was a bit outdated and struggled to maintain a consistent temperature

thin walls weak air conditioning
I must say, the air conditioning was a bit of a joke. It barely made a dent in the room temperature, even after fiddling with it for ages. Sleeping was difficult. the walls seemed paper-thin. Every little noise from the hallway echoed right into the room, and that was so annoying.
