I was pleased with the attentive service at the reception. breakfast was really good. I found the variety excellent. the hotel also provided convenient luggage storage, which assisted my city exploration a lot.
the room's temperature control seemed unresponsive. i found the thermostat ineffective despite adjustments. this oversight needs attention.

The location is convenient. It is very close to the city center. i appreciated the short walking distance to major attractions. reaching the main bus station was also an easy walk from this location.

my room had adequate space and modern decor. i appreciated the comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom. fresh towels and toiletries were readily available, a detail i certainly noticed.

i found a washing machine available . this is especially useful after a long cruise. the hotel offered 24-hour access to coffee and tea facilities, an added convenience.

The location provided easy access to many attractions. I appreciated the proximity to the fish market, only a short walk away. Breakfast had various options including salmon. Staff members were helpful. They provided useful dinner suggestions.

the breakfast was great (i especially liked the pastries).
The air conditioning was not working. It was quite stuffy. the shower was just a stream of water. There was no proper shower head. the kettle also presented a challenge as i needed to unplug it to pour water.

the breakfast spread was fantastic , such variety i have never seen ! i also really liked how close it was to everything , an easy walk to all the main attractions.
the sensor on the outside door was a little dodgy , it made it hard to get in at first. i found hair in the bathroom on the walls , the sink and on the hand dryer , it was a bit gross to see.

the location is convenient. it is a short walk to the harbour. the breakfast had a wide selection of food. the room included underfloor heating in the bathroom.
my room was quite small. there was no air conditioning. i found the staff unhelpful when i asked for assistance with my luggage.
