Adequate stay experience

modern room clean room coffee pods small room soft bed spring feel
The room was modern and very clean upon arrival. It included a sufficient kitchenette, which i found useful. Complimentary coffee pods were a highlight.
The room size was small, difficult to move around. I found the beds awful. They were too soft. I could feel all the springs while sleeping.

Excellent stay near Princes Street!

convenient location short walk friendly staff
The hotel location is convenient. It is just off Princes Street. The walk to Murrayfield took only about 20 minutes! It was ideal, since I was attending an event there. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I found the thermostat locked at 24 degrees. I also could not open a window. This.
Location

The hotel is near Deans village, providing quick access to food and drink. Uber is pretty reliable. The hotel also offers views of the castle from its rooms. This is really enjoyable!

decent stay, a couple of issues

free drinks convenient location small room whistling noise
the staff were generally helpful. the free drinks in the evening were a nice touch. the location was also quite convenient for getting around. i found several cafes and restaurants nearby.
The room was smaller than i expected. It felt a bit cramped. there was also a strange whistling noise, possibly from the ventilation, , made sleeping difficult. i mentioned it, but nothing happened. they gave no solutions.
