i LOVED the central location, it was unbeatable. The proximity to the main train station made travel SO easy. The room was very clean and well kept . i really appreciated the convenience and the cleanliness.
It began early EACH morning and sometimes disrupted my sleep.

The breakfast buffet featured many options, including smoked salmon, fresh smoothies, and a variety of cheeses. Hot food was plentiful with eggs prepared in several ways, sausages, and crispy bacon. assorted breads and pastries. Coffee was delicious.

The hotel has a gym, it offers several cardio machines such as treadmills and stationary bikes. There is convenient ramp access directly to the main central station, a HUGE benefit. The hotel provided ironing board and iron.

The room had a high ceiling, THIS was nice, despite it being somewhat narrow. The bed and bedding were really comfortable. I had a fridge. tea and coffee facilities. The room included sufficient powerpoints.

The staff at breakfast was friendly, and they offered smiles and greetings to guests. Check-in process was smooth and efficient and quick. Staff were helpful with directions. The hotel provides daily housekeeping.

The hotel benefits from its central location near the train station. This made access to transport very easy. Our room was well-equipped with a mini bar. Breakfast provided a LOT of choice. The staff in the bar were attentive.
The room temperature was too warm. We were offered a fan to use. There was only one USB charging port in the room. The room needed better lighting.

i find the room temperature wasn't great. even with fiddling with the thermostat, the temperature remained stubbornly warm. also, the breakfast, while plentiful, was same every morning. after a few days, that lack of variety does become a bit tiresome. i'd appreciated a little change.

The location was great next to the train station.
The room was too warm. There was no air conditioning. I asked for the room to be serviced. The staff didn't come. I had to call twice to get towels, I waited an hour.
