The location was convenient for the ABBA Voyage arena. The walk to Pudding Mill Lane Theatre took about ten minutes.. The staff members were helpful and courteous. I also appreciated the excellent breakfast provided each morning.

I stayed for a few nights. The room included a shower, and its door did close properly. The breakfast had a great selection. Staff provided consistently friendly service.

I found the air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. I opened the window but it made no difference. The room stayed too hot.

I found the overall room cleanliness lacking. I noticed consistent noise coming from a nearby supply room. This detracted from the comfort of my stay. The hot food at breakfast was cold, and some items were slow to be replenished,.. I found this disappointing.

I appreciated the great location near the ABBA Voyage and the Stratford station. The hotel was a short walk to both the ABBA arena and the station. Access to the city center via the underground was so easy. Breakfast offered great choices including bacon, scrambled eggs, and a pancake machine.

The air conditioning in my room did not seem to function correctly, it was still a little too warm for sleeping.
