My room was a Standard Twin Room Hot. The hot shower had great pressure and consistent temperature. Breakfast included a good selection of pastries and hot items. I found seating very easily each morning.
The elevator made a slightly noticeable noise at night.

Solid Stay Near Olympic Park
convenient location helpful staff excellent breakfast
The location was convenient for the ABBA Voyage arena. The walk to Pudding Mill Lane Theatre took about ten minutes.. The staff members were helpful and courteous. I also appreciated the excellent breakfast provided each morning.
Elevators were a bit delayed at times.

The staff consistently offered help during breakfast service. They smiled and addressed customers directly. Staff readily warmed food as needed, offering assistance throughout the stay. This attention created a cute atmosphere.

Stratford station is within a reasonable walking distance, perhaps ten minutes away. The hotel is close to the London Aquatics Centre and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Westfield shopping center is accessible with a short walk too.

A Charmed ABBA Voyage Stay!

The short walk to ABBA Arena was perfect. I found the bed comfy and the breakfast had lots of good options. Staff were helpful and friendly too. I was charmed!!!

Solid stay near Stratford
great selection friendly service
I stayed for a few nights. The room included a shower, and its door did close properly. The breakfast had a great selection. Staff provided consistently friendly service.
I found the air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. I opened the window but it made no difference. The room stayed too hot.

I found the overall room cleanliness lacking. I noticed consistent noise coming from a nearby supply room. This detracted from the comfort of my stay. The hot food at breakfast was cold, and some items were slow to be replenished,.. I found this disappointing.

adequate stay with some issues
cracked tiles missed cleaning
the location suited my needs for visiting the nearby arena it was convenient
the room showed signs of wear with cracked tiles in the bathroom i found this unacceptable for the price i paid housekeeping seemed understaffed or rushed because basic cleaning was missed like under the bed the lack of a mini fridge also caused problems for storing my medication

Excellent Stay Near Stratford
great location easy access good breakfast
I appreciated the great location near the ABBA Voyage and the Stratford station. The hotel was a short walk to both the ABBA arena and the station. Access to the city center via the underground was so easy. Breakfast offered great choices including bacon, scrambled eggs, and a pancake machine.
The air conditioning in my room did not seem to function correctly, it was still a little too warm for sleeping.

Stratford underground is only about an 8-minute walk from the hotel. The Stratford High Street DLR station is even closer, just a 2-minute walk. I found the area quite convenient.

The breakfast area was busy, especially later in the morning. Arriving early is definitely better. A pancake machine added a fun, novel touch. I appreciated the self-service feature.

The staff members were always pleasant and eager to assist me with any questions. They looked to do their best to accommodate everyone during the busy breakfast service. I appreciate their attentiveness.

The restaurant offers very cheap prices, especially when compared to typical costs around here. The breakfast provided a very filling start to my day. I was really grateful for it.
