large showeramazing bathreally good staff

the beautiful room surpassed my expectations. the large shower was great and the roll top bath was very nice after exploring a nearby location. breakfast offered plenty of choices and the staff excelled. ella even arranged to send a coat to my home address , which i appreciated.

The reservations team was very efficient. Ella helped arrange extra touches and made the evening special. The hotel team was also perfect with smooth and efficient service, NOTHING was too much for them. The picturesque surroundings and joyful atmosphere were amazing!!!

The room felt a little cold. The bathroom was small. It was a VERY cramped bathroom. The heating took forty minutes to function properly.

the building is lovely with beautiful gardens it has. Rooms are big and comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee were available. I found the staff friendly.

i think the room should be more updated. A smell of damp was present when we first arrived so that was not a good impression. It was quite noisy and the toilet flush was not working.

The room i got wasn't the best. The bathroom felt old. the shower head leaked water. i mentioned it a couple of times, but they didn't fix it. it was annoying. the restaurant was just ok, with slow service and food that wasn't worth the price. i expected more, especially with the high ratings.
