dirty wallsworn towels
The room felt quite neglected. i noticed the walls and curtains had some dirt on them. the towels in the bathroom looked very worn. They even had holes. it was a little disappointing considering the hotel's reputation.

the location is great for exploring many landmarks. rooms were very clean and spacious. reception staff were helpful and promptly brought slippers to our room when requested.

The location was awesome, right near the u-bahn station! public transport was super accessible and easy to use. i also really liked the breakfast. There were so many different options. It was a great way to start the day.
I found some issues , like the room service. our room complimentary coffee was not refilled one day and we had to ask for it. It was inconvenient. the bed sheets seemed like some kind of slippery synthetic blend. the sheets made me sweat!

the breakfast was acceptable, i suppose. the omelette station was there, functioning as intended.
the room service was a joke. i ordered a club sandwich, it arrived an hour later and looked like someone sat on it. the bread was stale and the chicken tasted suspiciously like tuna. honestly, i suspect they just scraped something off another plate and slapped it between two slices of cardboard.
