good breakfast marble lobby clean room
i found the breakfast REALLY good, it offered many choices, chefs even prepared food on location. The gigantic lobby impressed me, it was covered in marble. The room was clean and quiet, a definite plus. Bed was comfortable.

faulty light switches breakfast selection
i found some issues. the light switches werent the best, they didn't always do the same thing. one switch might turn on the bathroom, then the dressing area, then both, then off, but not always. it was kinda hot in the room too. i asked the front desk for help with the lights, but nobody came. they said theyd send ice, but it never showed up. the floor safe was in a bad spot too. its on the bottom drawer and i had to lay on the floor to use it. the breakfast wasnt that great. the selection was just okay, and they took a long time to refill stuff. the scrambled eggs were empty for like 20 minutes. getting my own juice wasnt easy either.

large bed fresh juice attentive service
the room was spacious with a large bed i appreciated this layout the breakfast had many options including fresh juice and omelets cooked to order the service at the hotel was attentive i found the staff helpful.
the gym lacked some newer equipment.

lost laundry unhelpful staff
The breakfast included a setup that catered well to children.
The laundry service was unacceptable. I requested laundry, and it was lost. The hotel staff was initially skeptical and unhelpful, causing me considerable stress and forcing me to miss parts of my conference.

a bit underwhelming.
limited channels extra charge
The room felt smaller than expected. I booked a premium king room. The promised view was non-existent. It overlooked some service areas. The limited English tv channels were also A frustration. I also think charging extra for swimming is a bit MUCH.
