Great Location and Comfortable Stay
central location public transport access umbrella service short distance
The hotel is conveniently located next to the central station. I found it very easy to access public transport. I borrowed an umbrella from the reception for a walk in the rain. The Reichstag is about fifteen minutes away if you want to walk.
The minibar information was unclear. I was not sure if the items were complimentary or not. Better communication regarding minibar contents would be helpful.

My room was clean and quiet. The hotel provided a safe and a refrigerator. There was also coffee and tea available in the room.

The location was convenient. It's near the train station. the breakfast selection was diverse, i found many options i liked.
The room service was slow. i had to call multiple times for basic requests! the gym equipment was limited. There were only a few machines available.

untrained staff long explanation
the hotel was very close to the train station. it was convenient for travel. breakfast was acceptable.
the staff seemed undertrained. when i checked out, the receptionist did not seem to understand my prior payment. it took a long time to explain everything and show proof. it was quite inconvenient.

central station custom omelette towel issue poor lighting
The location proved a short walk from the central station. This was great for our arrival. The breakfast included a huge selection. I liked the custom-made omelette.
The housekeeping staff did not leave the same towels. These were taken for laundry, inconvenient. The lighting design proved very poor. Either all lights were on, or all were off. No middle ground existed.
