The staff was friendly on site.
My room was not what I booked. The bed was a Murphy bed and it was uncomfortable and creaky. The pillows were thin and hard as a rock. This was the worst sleep in a hotel I have ever experienced!!!

The location is good. It is away from the filled city center. I did see a more residential vibe with the university nearby. The girl at reception was super polite and professional with help and guidance.
The bed felt very thin. I thought it feels cheap and wasn't comfortable. The pillows feels the same. The Wifi barely worked in my room, I am not sure why. The bathroom extraction grille seemed full of white mold.

The staff was REALLY friendly and helpful. I found the location nice and quiet, it is close to Piazzale Roma and not far from main attractions. My room was quite BIG and clean, which i really appreciated. The hotel provided a great base for exploring.
I noticed cigarette ash left in the kitchen bin, this caused a SMELL. i am not a smoker, and I found this OFF putting. The kitchen seemed poorly equipped, i missed glasses and washing liquid.

The hotel has a location far from the chaos of san marco square. I located it close to vaporetto station 'santa marta'. Restaurants nearby are nice and provide convenient options.

The room decorations was BEAUTIFUL just as in the pictures. The room provided a Good surprise, i found it spacious. The room was also looked super fresh, a huge plus.

We enjoyed the quiet location. It was away from the bustling crowds. the staff was so kind and helpful with all our requests. our room was upgraded to an apartment nearby, a good surprise. it was spacious, with a living room, full kitchen, large bedroom, and a balcony that had lovely canal views.
i did find that the wifi was a little unreliable in the room. it barely worked. this was a minor inconvenience.

Our superior double room had a beautiful canal view. We loved it! the room was impeccably clean and spacious. the bed was also comfortable and cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. What a treat. adjustable a/c provided custom comfort.
