The fridge in my room was DIRTY. it also did not work. The air conditioning did not work either. The room was TOO hot. Fresh towels were not provided every day as expected.

I found the staff very friendly during check-in and check-out. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the proximity to the city center because it allowed easy access. Everything seemed perfectly in order .

I found several things disappointing. The air conditioning barely worked. the breakfast selection lacked variety, particularly the pastries. There were mainly breads, cereals, cheeses, and cold cuts SO, I wished for a better start to my days.

The location provided easy access to the city center. The bathroom included Rituals shampoo and soap, a nice surprise. I also appreciated the bathtub after a long day. It was very relaxing. The room was clean, and it contained everything needed for a comfortable stay.
I found that the air conditioning system was not functioning properly. This caused some discomfort .
