faulty air conditioninglimited breakfast

the air conditioning didn't work properly. it blew hot air instead of cool. i asked for assistance, but they couldn't fix it, so i had to turn it off. also, the breakfast wasn't great. one staff member was managing many people. i wasn't told what was available from the kitchen, annoying.
