amazing villa with very nice staff!
amazing design private plunge pool swinging couch complimentary minibar
I celebrated my anniversary here. the villa had an amazing design and matched all the pictures. the climate-controlled bedroom plus the living area upstairs were great. I spent a lot of time in my open-air living room downstairs. the private plunge pool was fantastic as were the swinging couch and loungers! the complimentary mini bar refills each day were a really nice touch.
the resort shares facilities with a sister resort. families were present at the beaches. i wasn't notified about a wedding, so i was restricted from some areas.

The staff assisted with anything i needed. they always had a smile. the breakfast buffet offered delicious food and fresh fruit cut to order was especially appreciated. It was excellent.

there are several restaurants to choose from. a pool, steam cave, yoga area, ping pong, darts. volleyball offer great recreational options. day trips plus excursions were available for off-site activities i found.

happy atmosphere perfect villa great spa open beach lumpy sunbeds fake rocks
the location had a great sense of expectation the team created a happy atmosphere the treetop villa outlay was perfect spa was a dream.
the beach bar on the beach was never open sunbeds on the beach were lumpy common parts consisted of run down buildings i found fake rocks in many areas.

The villa had two minibars stocked daily with complimentary drinks, this was great. i enjoyed the design details in the bathroom. There was separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
the minibar restock sometimes required reminders.

unique design private beach
i loved the villa's unique design. i said i had to stay there when i first saw it. there are two hotels with multiple dining options available. there is also a nice, private beach with many activities available.
the windows were dirty. the silhouettes were clearly visible from outside. this was not the private treehouse experience i expected.

The staff was genuinely caring. simon went the extra mile and was naturally professional. pit had a gentle, calm demeanour. Nothing was too much trouble.

the head chef ran the clubhouse restaurant to a very high standard. the food was fantastic and reasonably priced. the breakfast buffet was well stocked with high quality produce.

yoga sessions were very good, twice a day by the beach at 7.30am and 4.30pm. the treehouses are really good with a unique design. beautiful soft furnishings and luxurious appointments throughout.

scenic views really good service variety of cuisine
The treehouse villa offered views of beaches, islands, cliffs, jungles, birds, and butterflies. The scenery was wonderful. the staff arranged boat and taxi transfers, ensuring comfort, they even adjusted bedding and lighting in the evenings! the food was amazing at the three on-site restaurants, with traditional and western options available.
The common pool looked unpleasant.

Three restaurants served traditional and western cuisine. All requests were accommodated. room service was accessible via the app. cigars and full laundry services were available. there was a constant variety of beverages and cocktails.

The hotel is set on a secluded beach. It is surrounded by lush vegetation, giving views of other islands. the boat trip to get there reminded me of the maldives, i was charmed by it. the transportation was efficient and straightforward!
