Really good Service and Great Location
helpful stafffront doorextended checkout
The front desk staff helped change my room when I realized I had booked one with single beds. The gentleman at the front door caught a taxi for me, avoiding the heat. They allowed extending my checkout time twice making things convenient.
I have no complaints.

the staff, specifically jenny, jam, and sree at the reception, were helpful and friendly. i was upgraded to a suite room, a very nice surprise. the room itself was spacious and very clean, i appreciated this a lot.
the minibar was completely empty upon my arrival , i found it slightly inconvenient.

this hotel offers a central location , close to many shops and restaurants, this made exploring convenient. a direct bus from the airport stops nearby, it simplifies arrival and departure. taxi services are readily available outside the hotel.

The room was clean and well-equipped. I appreciated having city views from the room. The hotel offered valet parking for a reasonable fee. The staff was kind and customer-oriented, always ready to help with any questions or requests (very kind).
The bathroom design seemed a little dated.

The room was clean. It had all the amenities needed.
The staff was not very helpful at times. The hotel has a nightclub on the top floor that plays loud music until the early hours. I wish that was mentioned in the description. I would have booked a different hotel had I known THAT!!
