central stay, great service
helpful staff complimentary drink king size bed convenient location
the reception staff were helpful upon arrival. i got two complimentary drink vouchers, which I appreciated. the room included a king size bed. the location was also convenient for exploring.
the elevators were a little slow SOMETIMES.

decent location, but some letdowns
small pool missing towels
the pool was really small, and it didn't match the photos. when i went, there were no towels available. the water barely reached my knees. also, it felt lukewarm and didn't seem very clean to me. it was a letdown, and i didn't use it again after that first try.

outdated closet shower door
The hotel had a nice location in a central area of the city.
The room was quite dark, a definite drawback. Some areas looked outdated, especially the closet. The shower door also showed some neglect. I didn't expect that.

excellent service made our visit nice
convenient location comfortable bedding friendly staff
jaime helped us at check in, he was friendly. the hotel location proved convenient. it was near many attractions. the bedding was comfortable, i slept well each night.
the television in my room acted strange. it lost signal sometimes. this was slightly annoying.

the breakfast had fresh coffee available. multiple dairy-free milk alternatives were offered. there were hot foods to order. it was delicious.

the room included bathrobes. the shower had good pressure. shampoo and conditioner were provided. the bed had very nice pillows.

Acceptable Hotel with a Few Drawbacks
central location rooftop terrace small room poor lighting
The hotel is very close to many attractions! Made it easy to walk around. The rooftop terrace provided a great spot for an evening drink.
The room I stayed in was quite small. It was also a bit dark, even during the day. I think it needed better lighting.
