The garden had plenty of flowers and was well maintained. The swimming pool was very clean (i took several pictures of it).
The drink service was a little slow at times.

A Romantic Escape

The beautiful gardens and sparkling pools were a delight. The location is close to the beach, just a one-minute walk. The staff went out of their way to assist. Mr Hamada and Mr Ali provided assistance at the reception. I found the private beach clean and beautiful.
The hotel hairdryer needs an updated one. I suggest bringing your own.

The reception staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Mr Ali. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries and provided prompt service. I felt very welcomed .

I noticed the cleaning team washing common areas early each morning. the swimming pool seemed very clean. the garden around the pool was beautifully maintained. I took pictures of the flowers. the private beach across the road had free chairs and towels. i enjoyed the massage i got there, i felt great afterward.
The hotel hairdryer really needs an update. It wasn't very good. they only provided shampoo packets. i found there was no body gel or lotion in the bathroom. i think this needs to be available in all rooms.

the room includes good quality cotton towels. bed sheets felt fresh and clean. housekeeping offered daily cleaning, but i didn't need it. each day, they provided two large bottles of water in the room.
