I experienced excellent service throughout my stay. The staff was friendly. The hotel's location allowed convenient access to nearby shops. My room was clean daily. The housekeeping staff did a very thorough job. (I have to say, the hotel really impressed me!)
The water pressure in the shower was noticeably low.
