clean room useful drying room easy location
The room was very clean. It had everything I needed for my stay. I found the drying room especially useful after a day in wet weather. The location was easy to find from the road.
The bar staff seemed a little unfriendly.

perfect location and spacious rooms!
clean room clear instructions luggage drop-off
the rooms were large and clean. it included everything i needed for a comfortable stay. i was provided with clear instructions for a late check-in, really helpful as i arrived around 1am. there is also a luggage drop-off area, very useful.
the corridor had a slightly musty smell, nothing too overpowering though.

the reception provided a warm welcome. the staff went the extra mile retrieving my luggage that was dropped off at the wrong location. the breakfast staff were also among the friendliest i encountered on my trip.

the hotel has a drying room available for wet clothes and gear. the location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from various amenities. these include the real food cafe, the bus stop, and the upper train station.

The location was perfect for walking. the bed was very comfortable. staff made sure we were settled. I arrived late in the evening. they made us a takeout breakfast at the last minute to allow us to get on our way early the next day.

comfortable bed ensuite bathroom
the room included a bathtub i enjoyed after hiking. the bed offered really good comfort. the ensuite bathroom had both a shower and a bath, it was great after a long day. cleanliness was great.

super clean room mountain views easy access
The room was super clean. I had great views of the mountains (I even saw some deer!). Access to the West Highland Way was very easy.
I found the breakfast options were takeaway only, there was no hot breakfast served.
