the hotel had a fantastic location, steps away from puerta del sol and plaza mayor. the staff were helpful and always available. i liked the very clean rooms and comfortable bedding, it.
The music theme was quite loud. It played throughout the hallways at all hours. i had to request a volume adjustment so i could sleep and hear my tv.

the hotel was super clean, i loved that. all of the staff members were eager to help with anything i needed. i really appreciated the hotel's great location, it made exploring so easy.
the hotel didn't make arrival easy because uber and bolt cars cannot stop directly in front of the lobby, so i had to carry my luggage a bit.
