fresh food helpful staff
I really appreciated the great breakfast. there was lots of choice. the food tasted fresh! i also found the staff cute. They went out of their way to be helpful!!!
The temperature control wasn't available in the room itself. I had to call reception.

Superb Stay Right in the Heart of Everything
great location friendly staff lovely patio
The location was very nice, I loved being steps away from all the main attractions! The staff was always ready to assist, and their friendliness. I particularly enjoyed the lovely patio area. It was so great.
I noticed the soundproofing wasn't perfect, so I sometimes heard noise from adjacent rooms. That was a little disruptive.

The breakfast buffet included many options. It offered both hot and cold dishes! I really appreciated the well kept condition of the hotel. It also had a decent buffet breakfast available each morning.

great central PLACE
clean room helpful staff
the location is CENTRAL. i appreciated the friendly reception staff, they were very helpful. overall, the hotel felt very clean to me. the room was bigger than i expected.

the location was just off puerto del sol. the desk staff were helpful.
The room was noisy because of subway sounds. The wall was not thick enough. it was distracting.

fantastic stay in the city center
convenient location comfy bed great breakfast
i really liked this hotel's convenient location to many attractions like museums and easy modes of transportation. the room had all the essentials i needed like a comfy bed and nice bathroom. the breakfast was great with a wide variety of options available to me.
the walls are paper thin i could hear everything from my neighbors

small room strange smell
the breakfast was good , though the hot food selection seemed limited.
the room i stayed in felt quite small. there was also a strange smell coming from the bathroom each morning , like sewage , that was really off-putting. it made the start of each day rather unpleasant , i hope they can fix that soon.
