a decent stay
helpful staff modern bathroom easy access clicking noise blind switch storage space
The staff were helpful. my room included a modern bathroom. breakfast had a lot of options. I found something i liked. the location provided easy access to city attractions.
The air conditioning unit made an odd clicking noise. the electric blind switch was not placed near the window. the lack of storage space was inconvenient. I had no drawers for clothes.

The hotel has a bright modern decor. The staff looked excellently presented. Breakfast offered a delicious spread of options. I enjoyed that the restaurant was in a prime spot.
The hairdryer in my room didn't work properly, it kept cutting out. When I tried to call reception, I didn't get an answer. I noticed they did not have draft lager at the rooftop bar. There was only one tin of IPA lager available.

clean rooms lovely staff
i noticed the rooms are cleaned well everyday and the staff replenished water and coffee pods. i also found the reception staff lovely, always ready to assist with any questions i had.

faulty hairdryer noise level
the hotel appears nice. i got prosecco upon arrival. my room was okay, but i found it strangely noisy. the soundproofing was not working, and i could hear karaoke from a nearby bar until late. also, the hairdryer in my room didnt work, and no one answered when i called reception. not a 5-star experience.

Excellent stay in a central location
large bedroom double sinks helpful staff
The room had a large bedroom with sitting area and tv. I appreciated the double sinks in the bathroom. The location was also convenient and close to many restaurants. I found the reception staff really helpful and polite, they helped me to book airport transfers.
It was difficult to get to by car.
