The reception staff provided assistance quickly at check-in. My room faced the park and nearby buildings. A tram line was close by the hotel. The front desk staff offered guidance and showed locations on a map.
The restaurant menu lacked variety and a children's snack option was not available.

The hotel is very close to the city center. I appreciated the variety of food options at breakfast. My room had windows that I could open.
My room felt small, even though the ceilings were tall. I found the noise from the traffic outside to be quite loud. The room lacked a thermostat, and the temperature was difficult to regulate.
