Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

The attached restaurant seemed like an oasis. The rooftop pool was very good and offered a refreshing experience. The staff helped us plan our days and were always friendly. The room was clean and well kept.

The hotel only provided one water bottle per day per room, regardless of occupancy. I wanted to purchase more from the hotel but was directed to buy it elsewhere which I thought was unusual for a hotel of this level.

Our Beautiful Room had comfortable bedding with crisp linens and fluffy pillows. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries and a powerful hairdryer. The air conditioning worked effectively and quietly keeping the room cool.

faulty air conditioningmediocre food

the air conditioning, seemed to work only when it reminded me of it. one day it blasted cold air, the next, nothing. it got pretty stuffy in the room. also, the breakfast buffet looked good at first glance. but the food quality, it just wasn't there. the pastries tasted stale and the hot dishes were lukewarm, i wish i ate in other place.
