The suite was quite spacious. It had a lovely terrace. the beach and restaurants were an easy walk. Shops were just across the road. i really enjoyed the welcome cocktail. It was a nice touch. i found the location convenient.
I noticed a lack of warmth. It was a bit impersonal. the staff seemed more professional than hospitable, surprisingly.

The pools are well-kept, and it's great that tennis and paddle are included at no extra cost. We really enjoyed playing. the hotel's architecture added to the experience. It created a luxurious and functional environment.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the attention. cleanliness was definitely maintained. Our room was cleaned thoroughly both in the morning and evening. This was a very welcome touch.
