The breakfast was extensive. Water slides provided some amusement for the children. The heated pool was a nice touch.

I found several issues that detracted from the experience. The furniture seemed quite old. Rooms were noisy lacking sufficient ventilation making sleep challenging. The air conditioning unit contributed additional noise.

the pools were not heated adequately, a major disappointment. the advertised heated pools felt cold to swim. this impacted the experience, especially for families with young children. the food at the buffet was also often cold. it seemed that some staff members were under-trained and not very responsive to requests.

The suite was quite spacious. It had a lovely terrace. the beach and restaurants were an easy walk. Shops were just across the road. i really enjoyed the welcome cocktail. It was a nice touch. i found the location convenient.

I noticed a lack of warmth. It was a bit impersonal. the staff seemed more professional than hospitable, surprisingly.
