the hotel provides spacious rooms with excellent housekeeping. kids and junior clubs are available, offering great activities. the staff is professional and friendly. the morning yoga sessions are a perfect way to start the day. breakfasts feature high quality food and large selection.
i found the hotel bars quite expensive. two cocktails tasted like water. this was unacceptable, especially given the price.

the kids club staff including patricia, shyrea, daphne, joaqi, and karla showed great professionalism and friendliness. they ensured children had fun during their activities. anita and gianni from the junior club also stood out positively.

mixed feelings about this hotel
expensive bars dirty room
the breakfast buffet was excellent with its vast selection and organized setup.
The bars were quite expensive. I ordered two cocktails, but they tasted diluted and were not worth the price. my room wasn't very clean when i arrived. I spotted some dust and the surfaces hadn't been wiped properly. also, the garbage area near the rooms, especially the glass containers, created loud noise at all hours.

Amazing stay!
spacious room giant bed rooftop terrace
I found the room, a Beautiful Gold Room, spacious. The giant bed provided amazing comfort. There was a balcony including an in-room jacuzzi. I enjoyed the rooftop terrace on the 16th floor, which has a bar and a DJ in the evenings. The food at the restaurant tasted delicious. The fresh seafood was AMAZING!!!
Check-in lacked information about the hotel. The app and in-room guides did not include information about the shuttle bus into Las Americas. I learned about it from online reviews.

The room was a good size. The beds are comfortable, and the showers are great. There was no noise from outside and from downstairs, even being in the main building on the 1st floor.

The rock royalty receptionist was amazing and helpful. She explained everything clearly. The suite was beautiful. The hotel has a great energy and the room overlooking the sea was perfect.
The location is quite dull and there is not much to do in the area without a car.

Fantastic Experience at the Hard Rock!
smooth process attentive team family fun
From the start, the check-in process was smooth. The team at the 3rd Half Bar was amazing. I enjoyed meals and found the team attentive. The pools provided a great opportunity to relax and have family fun. The courtesy bus to the Hard Rock Cafe was a bonus!

a decent stay overall
spacious room well-tended grounds small room dirty glass
the room was spacious indeed. the grounds were well tended. the breakfast was amazing!!! there was such a large choice and top quality hot drinks.
the hotel rooms are quite small with minimal storage. rooms get cleaned quite late. dirty glasses were left behind. often, we were left with two towels instead of three guests.
